Revit Category & AutoCAD Layer Mappings

Question

I am using Revit Architecture and I frequently export my data to a customised AutoCAD format, with appropriate layering, linetype overrides and hatch patterns etc. Having migrated to a NEW template how do I get my Revit category to AutoCAD layer mappings to my new file?

Answer

Go to the Manage tab and use the Transfer Project Standards utility. NB you will need to have both new and old files open to do this.
