Why can I not access AutoCAD Exchange?

Answer

If you work in a corporate environment and your internet is provided via a proxy server you may need the assistance of your IT department. Either they can remove restrictions on the autodesk.com domain or add an exception to the proxy settings on your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer).
