Error Message 1405 in Vault

I am getting Error Message 1405 in Vault - Error 1405 Item Version Identified Incorrectly in the Item Master

Answer

If you select items in the item master in Vault Professional you may get this error message:

"Error 1405: Item version identified incorrectly. Please refresh and try again."

On the client try to delete/rename the file WorkingFolders.xml on your workstation.

You usually find this file under:

C:\Users\[YourUserID] \AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\VaultCommon\Servers\Services_Security_6_29_2011\localhost\Vaults\\Objects
