When I print to PDF format my text is showing as dots, why is this?

When I use Export to DWF/PDF from the Output Ribbon doesn’t print more than one layout, even though I have selected All layouts?

If you printing more than one layout at a time you need to select the layout on the furthest right and it will print all the others before it.
