Text is reflected when using Mirror Command - AutoCAD

Question

When I use the Mirror command my text is reflected too, so it displays backward, how do I stop this from happening?

Answer

Cancel any active command, and enter MIRRTEXT on the command line, it will return a value of 1, in response set it to 0 and your text will remain the correct way round next time you use the mirror command in this drawing it’s worth checking that your company template has this set correctly otherwise it will continue to cause problems.
