Separate Hatches - AutoCAD

Question

I need to quickly place hatching in multiple areas of hatching but I need these hatched areas to be created as individual areas or sometimes I need to separate existing hatching into separate areas for editing individually. Is there a way to achieve this?

Use the check item for Separate Hatches on the Ribbon or dialogue box. (HPSEPARATE system variable)
