Revit Extensions for Revit 2014

Revit 2014 hasn’t been out for very long but Autodesk have released the Extensions pack for 2014. So if you’re a Autodesk Subscription Customer it’s free to download from Autodesk Subscription Centre.

The download includes all the usually tools you get with the Revit® Extensions, below are a few of the tools listed:

√ Link with AutoCAD Structural Detailing

• Export Steelwork models to ASD from Revit
• Export Reinforcement elements from Revit to ASD.

• Columns
• Walls
• Spread Footings, etc.

• Beam (Static Analysis)

• Trusses (Static Analysis), etc.

• Beam to column – end plate
• Column base

• Structure Generator

√  Miscellaneous

• Elements Positioning
• Freeze Drawings
• Text Generator
• Shared Parameters Converter

A few things to now the download contains a portion of all previously released Revit Extensions (some content has been migrated to Autodesk Exchange Apps as separate installations). In addition, this download includes a new Structure Generator Extension. Refer to the “Feature Summary” for full details (downloadable pdf, also available from subscription centre).

Autodesk Revit 2014 software is only available as part of the Autodesk® Building Design Suite 2014 Premium and Ultimate Editions and Autodesk® Infrastructure Design Suite 2014 Ultimate Edition.
