Inventor 2015 Basics - Rectangular Pattern tips

Here’s a quick tip to help new users with rectangular patterns, when trying to follow a pre-defined path.

Often the result will look like the image above. The reason for it, is that the pattern is assuming an automatic start point. To remedy this, and to get a satisfactory result (image below), we need to specify a start point.
