How can I get an angled building (not square to the working view) to view square on a sheet or another view?

Answer
Use the Scope Box tool.. Create a scope box (can specify dimensions on creation) Name the rotated scope box, appropriately (angled building or similar)

Create a new view and in the properties of that view allocate it to the named scope box created in the previous step. (The view will rotate and crop to the scope box extents.) The scope box can also be applied to Grid and Level objects to provide a consistency of display to different views.
