Only Pipes/Fittings shown in Plant 3D Wireframe

I am using Navisworks Manage to view Plant 3D models but I can only see pipes; fittings are shown in wireframe. Why is this?

Autodesk Navisworks sometimes requires the use of free downloadable object enablers to access, display, and manipulate object data from different applications. If a required object enabler is not installed, Navisworks will display objects that it cannot interpret in wireframe mode.

In particular, the AutoCAD Plant 3D object enabler allows Navisworks users to directly retrieve property data while reviewing AutoCAD Plant 3D models.
