Inventor Ribbon is Wobbling or Twitching or Flickering on Startup

Close Inventor, go to your desktop, right click ‘Personalize’. Then click ‘Display’ (in the bottom left of the screen) and change the size to 125%. If you are already on 125% change the size to 100%. You will have to log off and log on after making these changes, but Inventor should start normally after this. Note that, if desired, you should be able to change your icon sizes back to your original setting without the error happening again.
