Why am I unable to activate my product – I have internet access but it says no connection available?
If you work in a corporate environment and your internet is provided via a proxy server you may need the assistance of your IT department. Either they can remove restrictions on the autodesk.com domain or add an exception to the proxy settings on your browser (e.g. Internet Explorer). You could log a support call with Cadline and send us your activation code, we will then be able to assist you.
