Installing standard layout turning heads - Civil 3D

Question

Civil 3D has the ability to insert junctions but does it also allow standard layout turning heads to be installed based on user defined parameters such as radii, widths etc?

Contained within the Tool Palettes (Civil Metric Sub-Assemblies) there is a selection of Turning Heads contained in the UKIE Design Tab which are Dynamic Blocks.
