Inventor 2012 – New Window Command

I’m not sure how many people know about this (maybe it’s just me J), but there is a command in Inventor called ‘New Window’. You can find it on the RIBBON under the VIEW tab.

Basically it opens a new window of the existing document that you currently have open. It’s then easy to just tile all the windows and see additional views, orientations and zoom scales of the same model!

You can even have different ‘Visual Styles’ in each Window
