Fabrication ESTmep 2014 - Creating ‘Special Items’

For estimating purposes it may be useful to add a ‘Special Item’ of some sort. This would be an item that you are going to enter the Material, Fabrication and Installation times and costs so that it appears on your estimate calculations reports but that you do not want to set up as a permanent database item.
