AutoCAD 2012 - Positioning the Ribbon

Quick Display Tip 5 – Positioning the Ribbon.

The default position for the ribbon is at the top of the screen, but the ribbon can be positioned to suit the user, right click on any tab and select undock from the menu, this will allow the ribbon to float, and therefore be positioned anywhere on the screen.
