Answer

Enable the Keyboard Shortcuts customisation dialogue ('KS').

Export the current shortcuts to an XML file. Open said XML file in Excel (you may get an error of an undefined schema but just click continue) The shortcuts will be nicely tabulated in your Excel workbook. Suppress and rearrange columns as desired and print out and share as desired.
