Lengthen Command - AutoCAD

I want to increase the length of a lot of lines and arcs that are at all sort of angles, however it would be really tedious to place boundary objects just so I could use the Extend command. Is there an alternative command I could use?

The Lengthen command is ideal for this situation the Delta option is probably the most often used feature; however it’s worth investigating the other options too. The Angle option within the Delta feature is useful as you can then lengthen an Arc by a number of degrees, rather than a length in mm. Remember, you can use positive or negative values to lengthen or shorten an object with the Delta modifier!
