Question

My AutoCAD file is corrupt, every time I open the file it tells me that it needs to be repaired. Once I have done this it will run through the same cycle next time?

Answer

There are lots of reasons for this, and trying to find the answer is not always that simple. A common last resort repair is to select all of the objects inside of the drawing and type WBLOCK on the command line. Then insert this into a new drawing. This will at least save the drawing and leave any problems in the old file. If this does not work then the file really needs to be escalated to either Cadline or Autodesk to have it fully checked.
