Middle button on my mouse scrolls the screen instead of pan and zoom?

Answer

There are two possible reasons for this, the 1st will be the most common, and a system variable called MBUTTOPAN should be set to 1 on the command line. If this doesn’t work then the settings within the mouse drivers will be set to Scroll instead of By Software.
