MapThat Mobile – Toggle Map Controls

The Cadline DynamicMaps team is pleased to announce that the latest version of MapThat Mobile now allows users to show or hide several map controls.

The Settings menu in MapThat Mobile allows users to choose their own preferences on each mobile device, with categories including:

• Geolocate options
• Measurement Units
• Map Decorations
• Basemap Downloading
• General Settings

By toggling off various Map decorations within the Settings…. e.g. Map Coordinates, Map Orientation, Scale Bar, Zoom Buttons etc…

This can remove unwanted tools from the map window, making the interface cleaner.

These settings will remain each time you open MapThat Mobile and when needed you can choose to toggle the Map Decorations back on as required.

This update ensures that your users can choose to show or hide any map control dependent on how they wish to use MapThat Mobile.
