A lack of trees when using Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max and AutoCAD seems to be a frequent problem recently. The trees positions are displayed as dull grey cubes in viewports and not appearing correctly when rendering. Reinstalling the software or resetting the Windows’ registry does not solve the problem.
The solution is to reinstall the Archvision Dashboard application. Login to your account or create a ‘free’ one. Once in the Dashboard locate your plug-in list as indicated in the graphic and ensure that is up to date.
Also ensure that your plug-ins are installed and updated for your respective products.
Revit and Max should now reveal the proxy outlines of the RPC content and render as expected.
The dashboard can be downloaded from: https://www.archvision.com/dashboard/download
