Unable to borrow or check out a license remotely?
Answer
If you are using an Autodesk network license in the workplace, and are unable to borrow or check out a license remotely, you can request a Home User License via your Autodesk account. Under More Actions select Get Home User License and you may be transferred to AVA (Autodesk Virtual Agent) where you can obtain a serial number immediately.
