    Autodesk Desktop App unable to connect?


    Problems connecting to Autodesk A360 services and licensing are normally due to a Proxy or Firewall configuration issue. However, the Autodesk Desktop App may also fail to connect if your Windows profile uses redirected folders. In the Windows registry (Start > Search/Run > Regedit) go to:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

    Ensure that the ‘Appdata’ and ‘Documents’ folder are pointing to the local profile folder.
