Cymap – Unable to load web page links:

When launching Cymap, you are finding that it is very slow to open the main screen.  It will eventually error with “Unable to load web page links”

Answer:

This is due to a URL being blocked by a firewall or internet proxy server.  You will need to allow the following web link through:

Cymap pre 2017 still loads http://cymap.com/news/

Cymap post 2017 loads https://www.cadlinecommunity.co.uk/hc/en-us/sections/202345925
