    How to manage Autodesk Subscription license sign in problem?

     

    Answer:

    Your Autodesk logon credentials are not accepted when opening your product, despite seeing the product entitlement via your Autodesk account. This is sometimes a result of a change made by the contract manager – you may be able to download the product but the license has been allocated to another user or an incorrect email has been specified. Ask the contract manager to verify in the ‘Users’ section of their Autodesk account that the ‘Assign’ tick box is selected for the correct email address.
