Autodesk University London kicks off on the 21st of June in London and I’m pleased to say that together with our awesome team of Cadline technical experts, we have the privilege of presenting 4 classes at this inaugural London event.

The classes that we are hosting cover a range of topics from AutoCAD tips and tricks to BIM for Manufacturers, InfraWorks and Civil 3D, as well as Simulation with Fusion360.

In addition to the classes, we will also have stands in the exhibition area, so please come and say hello. There are some exciting give-aways that will be announced closer to the event. All that I can tell you for now, is that my team and I have been working on something special for Inventor users.

Here’s a summary of the classes that Cadline will be hosting at AU London;

21st June:

2:10PM - InfraWorks and Civil 3D for House Builders and Developers: Trevor Clayton and RWO Associates.

22nd June:

2:10PM - AutoCAD Drawing Productivity – Martin Phelps

3:50PM - Simulating Reality with FEA– Clint Brown

5:00PM - Bridging the Gap: A BIM for Manufacturers Workflow – Peter Maxwell-Stewart

The Class that I am presenting is called “Fusion 360: Simulating Reality with FEA”

This class will showcase how Fusion 360's simulation capabilities have been used to solve real-world FEA design challenges. We'll also show you how to set up your very first FEA in Fusion 360. The class is for anyone with an interest in FEA, from new users or design managers wanting to understand the process of FEA, to experienced simulation users wanting to discover the capabilities of Fusion 360. This is a joint presentation with Cadline customer Nigel Briggs of Avant Design. Avant design is a specialist FEA consultancy and Autodesk clean tech partner.
