The above errors are appeared to be caused by conflicts within the graphics card drivers on the machine.
Please check the certified drivers from the below link and update as required:

If you are using a laptop which also has on-board Intel graphics installed then please run the Intel driver Update Utility to obtain any latest update for this card:
