MapThat Admin – Spatial Bookmark – Error Processing Request

When using the MapThat Bookmark tool I am getting the ‘Error Processing Request’ message. How can this be resolved?

Answer

The ‘Error Processing Request’ message can be related to the Application Pool that your MapThat application is utilsiing. Open Internet Information Services (IIS) and check which App Pool your MapThat is using:

Now open the Advanced Settings for that Application Pool and check that the Load User Profile is set to TRUE.

If this was previously set to False, then the change to True will resolve this Bookmark issue.
