If your license file includes Product Design Suite and Inventor licenses you may find the clients are unable to check out Inventor licenses. License cascading should ensure that when the suite licenses are all consumed the Inventor licenses are made available. However, if this is not working please check that SP1 or R2 is applied to the Inventor installations on the client machines.
