If AutoCAD is stuck on the splash screen, displaying a ‘loading’ message take a look in task manager to see if lmu.exe is running. If not, it’s possible your anti-virus client is blocking access and therefore AutoCAD is unable to confirm licensing. This behaviour has been seen recently on machines running ESET anti-virus and was resolved by disabling the client and agent.
