The Audit trail feature in BIM360 Glue can be very handy when used on a construction project and especially for contractors. Sometimes errors in design can slip through when using 2D drawings managed by a basic document management system or email, which is how many people in the construction industry still work. If these errors could be designed out prior to construction then it wouldn’t be us having to fit the bill to rectify, only to spend valuable time at the end of the project trying to seek blame and recuperate costs. The audit trail will speed up the process of looking through your c drive, emails and document management systems to find the correct version of design information and will ensure you get a complete snap shot of that point in time.
