Cadline Customers can log support calls directly with us via the Support Zone on Cadline Community.
Follow the steps below:
- Click on the Support Zone
- Enter your company email address, this is important, as it will be linked to your Company's support contract.
- Enter a brief description of the issue in the Subject field. Note that possible solutions to your problem will be displayed under "Suggested Articles". If none of these are fitting, please tell us more about the problem in the "description" field.
- Attach any relevant CAD files
- Submit the ticket
- Note that you may need to verify your email, check your spam folder. One of our brilliant engineers will be in touch soon.
