If a new user profile is set up on a CAD workstation, the V_Tools licence will stop working. The user will be prompted with the following message when firing up Vault.
To remedy the problem, you will need to re-load the licence file, under the new profile.
To do this, you will need to fire up the Cadcraft Licence System
In Windows 7, type Cadcraft License into the start menu to locate the program.
In Windows 8.1 and 10, you can simply search for using the Windows Key + S
If needed, the .exe for the Cadcraft Licence System can be found in the following location
C:\Program Files\Cadcraft AB\Cadcraft Licensing System\Cadcraft.CLS.Launcher.exe
Click Load license file and point the application to the activation file you have received. This file is generally stored on the PC in the following location C:\V_Tools or C:\V_Tools\Explorer (or similar)
