How to solve Cymap Wibu installer problem?

Answer:

If the Wibu installer fails to run during the Cymap install or when running manually it may be due to group policy as it’s a self-extracting exe. The workaround is to use zip software to manually extract WkRuntime.exe then run the setup.exe to install from the extracted files.
