What is The Community?
The CADline Community is a platform for anyone who has an interest in design and analysis technologies to exchange ideas, experience and expertise. At CADline we talk to diverse networks of customers and partners everyday providing support and advice around the design technologies and services we provide. We recognise that many of the people we interact with have a great deal in common with each other having encountered and overcome many common technology and design challenges and would welcome an exchange of experience to further improve their everyday workflows.
To help this exchange of ideas we have established an open community where members can access and share technical information about CAD software, Building Information Modelling, Digital Prototyping, Design Visualisation and many other areas of interest for design professionals.
For the first phase of our community project we have created a web portal where potential members can register their interest. Currently the Community portal allows members to register and then access some of the many resources that our technical specialists use to support our customers every day.
What will I find on the portal?
Once you have registered on the Community portal you will be able to access a number of different types of technical resources.
- Blogs: Keep up to date with our Industry Specialists thoughts and movements as they comment on new developments and challenges.
- Forums: Join discussions, exchange information and ideas and ask questions within peer groups.
- FAQs: Common questions and answers for all products straight from our quality accredited helpdesk.
- White Papers: Documents for discussion, ‘tips and tricks’ and more in depth technical solutions.
- Videos: Technical presentations and ‘tip and tricks’ recorded by our technical specialists.
- Apps Zone: CADline Apps and other useful utilities to help streamline experience.
- Subs Zone: The Subs Zone has been created for the thousands of customers and Subscription contract managers who would like to find information and useful links in one place allowing them to get the very best value from each Autodesk Subscription contract.
- Support Zone: The Support Zone is an online technical support facility, which delivers an additional service to our telephone based support.
- CSAT Zone: Our continued success depends on listening to your feedback and maintaining the highest levels of quality. By utilising customer surveys and providing an open and transparent customer satisfaction forum we hope to give you the maximum opportunity to have your say.
What are the CADline Apps?
The CADline Applications are utilities developed by our product specialists that work with your existing software to increase productivity and make life a bit easier. Access to the CADline Apps is exclusive to those clients who hold a current support, subscription or maintenance contract with us.
